What to include
Any of these helps us find the problem faster — send what you have:
- Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18.3).
- Your Gratimo version — shown at the very bottom of the Profile tab.
- The phone number you sign in with, if the problem involves your account.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is gold.
Common questions
I'm out of hearts.
Everyone gets three hearts per day, and each grat you send spends one. The pool refills to three when you open the app on a new day. Unused hearts don't stack up, and hearts can't be bought — the daily limit is the point of the practice, not a paywall.
My sign-in code never arrived.
Check that the country code and number are right, then wait for the 60-second cooldown and tap resend. If no SMS arrives after a second attempt, email us the number you are trying to use and we'll look into it.
The person I sent a grat to isn't on Gratimo.
That's fine — the grat becomes a shareable link, and you send it however you normally reach them. They can open and read it without installing anything.
I don't want to hear from someone.
Open their profile and choose Block. It removes the connection in both directions and stops them sending to you in the app. They are not notified. If someone is harassing you, email us — we will act on it.
How do I change my name or photo?
Profile tab → Edit Profile. Your display name and avatar can be changed whenever you like.
How do I turn notifications off?
Profile tab → Notifications for the master switch and per-category toggles. You can also switch them off entirely for Gratimo in your device's system settings.
How do I delete my account?
Profile tab → Delete Account, or follow the steps on the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent.
