Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gratimo mobile application and related websites (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

Gratimo is for people 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the Service.

The Service

Gratimo is a daily gratitude practice. You send grats using a daily pool of hearts. Sending can earn coins that may be spent on items in the shop. Optional purchases and subscriptions may be offered. Hearts cannot be bought.

Gratimo is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support. It does not replace professional help.

Your account

You sign in with a phone number. When you ask to verify that number, we send a one-time code by SMS. You may set an optional password later. You are responsible for the number you use and for activity on your account.

Your content

You keep the rights to the words and media you create. You grant Gratimo a license to store them and to deliver them to the people you send them to, including through a shareable link when you choose that path. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Use the Service to send spam or anything illegal.
• Probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond ordinary use.
• Create an account for someone else without their permission.

You can block another person in the app. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these Terms. If someone is harassing you, write to us at the address below.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through the store you use (Apple or Google). Their refund and cancellation rules apply. Buying something never removes the free daily practice.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy. Those practices are part of how the Service works.

Ending your account

You may delete your account from the app or by following the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent. We may stop providing the Service, with notice when we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
